Company Profile
The Company (Volten AsiaEmall Sdn Bhd) was founded by a Malay entrepreneur, Datuk Ismail Che Ani and his wife, Datin Nor Zahira, in Malaysia on 2018. The Company started off its business as an online ecommerce store for consumer products. In 2019, it ventured into the business of manufacturing and distributing of Black Ginger products with a Multi-Level Networking (MLM) business model that combines the powers of NETWORK MARKETING and E-COMMERCE.

The Company has officially obtained the Direct Sales License (AJL932400, Multi Level Marketing) from Malaysia Ministry of Domestic Trade And Cost of Living. With this AJL license, it means the Company can sell, market and operate a multi-level-marketing direct sales business in Malaysia.

The Company is also a member of Direct Selling Association of Malaysia (DSAM). DSAM is a national trade association to promote the direct selling industry on a national and international level. It is also a member of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA), a federation of national Direct Selling Associations all over the world.

Volten International has its HQ office located in Shah Alam, Selangor State of Malaysia, with 4 branch offices in Sungai Petani, Ipoh, Melaka and Johor Bahru.
Volten International has expanded into its business into ASEAN countries, including offices in Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei and Singapore, and also in India.

The Company has invested into its own factory and warehouse located in Shah Alam, Selangor for end-to-end supply chain of products manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, distribution and logistic to ship the products directly to its agents and customers.
